Today, Thangavelu lives at the Embrace a Village hospice facility, where his story has been rewritten. Here, he is not seen as a burden, but as family.
Each day, staff lovingly clean and dress his wounds. But they do more than provide medical care. They sit beside him, listen to his stories, and share moments of laughter.
